Adventure Funds invests equity in privately-owned companies that are positioned for growth. We look for opportunities to build value in partnership with management and co-investors in companies with $1.0-$5.0M in EBITDA.

Our investments fund growth plans, management buyouts, family transitions, recapitalizations, and competitive acquisitions. We partner with management to buy the businesses they run, help owners achieve full or partial liquidity, and can work with sellers to transition ownership over time, often within families.

We are also investors who understand the perspective of the operator. Our founding partner was CEO of Tazo Tea thru much of its growth. Our investors include CEO's across a range of industries as well as private equity and finance professionals.

Our approach is collaborative and our investment process is straightforward. Decisions are made by the Managing Partner and we can move quickly as may be appropriate.
